Mar 9, 2016

Express bus terms do not mention bicycles explicitly.

Article 22§1: on-board carry-on per person is 10 kg or less, volume < 40,000 cm3. Article 22§2: cargo hold item per person is 1 item, < 20 kg, < 40,000 cm3. Article 25: prohibited items include explosives, corrosive/flammable substances, aisle-blocking items. Article 26: each passenger may bring 1 carry-on + 1 cargo item free of charge. No explicit mention of bicycles, e-bikes, or personal mobility (PM) devices.

TL;DR

  • Express bus terms do not mention bicycles explicitly.
  • Verification: research lead only.

Worth watching, but the sourcing is still messy enough that it needs a careful read before anyone treats it as settled.
