October 1, 2024: suspended shipment of all electric bicycles, e-bikes, electric kickboards, and electric carriers. Even with battery separated, the device body cannot be shipped. Electric wheelchairs allowed with advance approval. March 2025 update: portable lithium batteries in electronics allowed up to 100 Wh / 27,000 mAh max, limit 5 units.
