Plan around the closed segment rather than assuming there will be an official bicycle detour. K-water has not published one, and the notice does not describe the condition of the rest of the Ara Waterway route.
As of August 3, the closure remained listed without a reopening marker. Check the live list close to departure, especially if this section is your connection between the Ara Waterway and the Hangang.
